If You Need a New Roof Later, You Don’t Lose What You Paid
We stand behind Zoobification with a warranty that puts our money where our mouth is.
If your roof needs to be replaced within the first year, we apply 100% of what you paid for Zoobification toward the cost of your new roof.
After the first year, the credit is prorated over six (6) years. For example, if you paid $3,000, you would still receive a $2,500 credit in year two.
You will always receive a side-by-side quote for Zoobification and full roof replacement, so you can clearly compare options and choose with confidence.
This isn’t salesmanship.
It’s how we prove we mean it when we say:

Zoobification Warranty Statement
If a full roof replacement is required after Zoobification:
Within 12 months of service, 100% of the Zoobification purchase price will be credited toward the cost of a full roof replacement performed by Zooby.
After 12 months, the credit is prorated evenly over a six (6) year period from the original Zoobification service date.
Credit applies only to replacement work quoted and completed by Zooby and is non-transferable.
A complete roof replacement quote will always be provided alongside Zoobification for complete transparency.
Zoobification Limited Credit Warranty
Zoobification is provided as a roof-life extension service and does not guarantee the avoidance of future roof replacement.
If a complete roof replacement becomes necessary after Zoobification, Zooby will apply a credit toward a full roof replacement performed by Zooby, subject to the following terms:
If replacement is required within twelve (12) months of the Zoobification service date, one hundred percent (100%) of the Zoobification purchase price will be credited toward the replacement.
After twelve (12) months, the credit will be prorated evenly over a six (6) year period from the original Zoobification service date.
Credit applies only to complete roof replacement services quoted and performed by Zooby and has no cash value.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property and purchaser.
A full roof replacement estimate will be provided alongside any Zoobification estimate for transparency and informed decision-making.
All roof components, conditions, and future performance remain subject to normal wear, environmental exposure, and factors beyond Zooby’s control.
