2) Services
We provide residential roof inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, flashing and sealant touch-ups, and Zoobification™ roof rejuvenation; interior and exterior painting; siding repair and replacement; like-for-like window replacement; fence, gate, deck, porch, pergola, patio-cover, trim, fascia, and soffit painting or staining; front-door and garage-door refinishing; power washing; gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair; fascia and soffit repair or replacement; garage-door maintenance and tune-ups; and storm-damage documentation and insurance-claim assistance. All estimates, project timelines, service availability, and eligibility for specific services are subject to change.
3) User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use our website and communications channels lawfully. You may not misuse our systems, send harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
4) Calls, Recording, and Electronic Communications (optional but common)
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, phone, SMS/MMS), consistent with your preferences and applicable law.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Bexar County, TX unless otherwise required by law.
