A Master Painter doesn’t just paint—they lead teams, elevate standards, and transform spaces into masterpieces. Zooby Neighborhood Superheroes Inc. seeks a highly skilled Master Painter proficient in advanced techniques like airless and HVLP spraying, texture applications, and specialty coatings such as elastomeric, epoxy, and metal finishes.

🎨 Your Role

✨ Expertly apply advanced techniques, including brushing, rolling, airless and HVLP spraying, and specialized textures and coatings. 👥 Lead, mentor, and train painting crews to deliver outstanding results. 🛠️ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining superior quality standards and deadlines. 🔍 Troubleshoot and creatively resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

✅ Qualifications

🎖️ 5+ years professional painting experience with proficiency in spray equipment, texture finishes, and specialized coatings (elastomeric, metal, epoxy). 🧑‍🏫 Strong mentoring and training skills to guide and develop teams. 📆 Effective project management and organizational skills. 🗣️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. 📜 Certifications in lead paint and familiarity with safety standards are advantageous.
