Utilize LiDAR scans and site photography to create visuals that help customers visualize and confidently select their dream spaces.
📐 What You’ll Do
✨ Rapidly produce attractive concept renderings with engaging color schemes and creative design solutions to support our sales team (full 3D modeling not initially required).
📋 Generate comprehensive work plans and accurate materials lists once designs receive customer approval.
📸 Use on-site LiDAR scans and photographs to ensure precision in visual representations.
🏠 Design exclusively interior elements, maintaining layouts, materials, and finishes without modifying structural integrity.
🖥️ Qualifications
🎨 Expertise in architectural interior design with advanced rendering and design software proficiency.
⚡ Capability to swiftly produce polished, presentation-ready design concepts.
📖 In-depth understanding of interior materials, finishes, and space planning without structural alterations.
